Opening a Service Request

Dynamic Computing

To open a service request with Dynamic Computing, please choose one of the following options:

  • Send us an e-mail at support@dyncomputing.com.  If you choose the e-mail option, please make sure to include the following information:
    • which computer(s) are affected by the problem
    • who the contact on the ticket should be
    • the priority level of the ticket
  • Call our office at (206) 284-6200 or toll-free at (855) 284-6200.
  • For issues that need assistance outside of business hours, please call our office number above and follow the prompts to leave a message for the on-call team, or send an e-mail with the problem description and your contact information to oncall@dyncomputing.com.  Please note that any after-hours issues will be subject to our minimum after-hours charge (unless included in your service plan).
