A Tailored Approach to IT Support

IT is the single most-used tool in your business operations. As such, we provide IT support services and other managed IT services with the expert level of service, capacity, and confidence you would expect from your financial or legal teams. Don’t settle for anything less than a full-fledged team of IT experts.

IT support as we provide it is a skilled, IT managed service Seattle, responsible for monitoring and maintaining organizational computer systems. This includes hardware, software, and infrastructure.

Dynamic Computing provides end-to-end business IT support services throughout the Pacific Northwest. Our philosophy is simple. We prevent problems from happening, and we stop recurring issues before they ever have a chance to start, enabling you to leverage IT as a strategic asset to support near and long term business objectives.

As dedicated and equipped experts, we use our advanced technology to detect IT support ticket patterns, identify the root cause, and correct the issue. That means your team spends less time reporting or troubleshooting tech support issues and more time focused on the things that matter.

What IT Support Services Are Essential

You need your technology to work well. Anything less results in inefficient, costly, and unproductive systems that inhibit business processes.

To do that, you need to create and maintain agile systems, which is a highly technical endeavor, one that requires specialized skills and capacities not found in a one-man internal IT department. That’s where we come in. As an experienced IT support company, we bring everything from helpdesk service to CIO leadership. It’s all the essentials of IT support services in one dedicated team.

Here’s a breakdown on the essential business IT services your company needs to have on deck:

  1. Monitoring. IT monitoring is a key component in keeping your IT systems operating consistently and preventing downtime. Monitoring requires specialized software that tracks all network devices and checks in on systems and software logs to identify issues before they create a major problem. That means more reliable, efficient workplace systems.
  2. Asset tracking. In order to manage your IT, you need to know what your IT inventory looks like. This involves identifying every single device that operates within your system and ensuring it meets your standards for security and compliance. Asset tracking is a critical part of creating a secure, healthy IT system.
  3. Documentation and procedure creation. Procedure creation involves meticulously recording the what, why, and how of your IT systems. IT documentation allows you to streamline onboarding processes, maintain standards, and create consistency in employee experience.
  4. Patching. Patching is the process of updating common utilities (think Windows, Adobe, Chrome, etc.) and major systems (think servers). It’s an important element in ensuring your systems are both secure and optimized for your teams’ work.
  5. Backup and disaster recovery. Chances are, your business relies on digital data, and there’s no room to risk losing your business’s information and data. Having a backup and disaster recovery plan in place is nonnegotiable. Make sure your IT support solution includes image-based backups, local data copies, and off-site cloud storage.
  6. Budgeting. One of the biggest strategic misses in small business IT support solutions is a lack of IT budgeting. Like every other element of your business, you need a planned budget, separated by capital and operating expenses, to keep your workplace on track for replacements, upgrades, and routine maintenance.
  7. IT security. Small business IT security is critical. You can’t afford to leave your business vulnerable to breaches and attacks. Any security incident compromises your reputation as a trusted name and takes valuable attention away from the work that matters. Don’t leave anything to chance.

Does your current IT solution measure up to these tasks? If not, you’re exposing yourself to unnecessary risk and waste.

What Makes Us a Great IT Support Team

Dynamic Computing adds a team of certified, experienced IT support professionals to your business arsenal. We take time to get to know your business, assess your systems, and understand your workflows. Then we leverage IT to get you where you want to go.

As a client, you’ll receive a primary Dynamic Computing service team member. This is the person who will respond to routine tech support queries, and this is generally the person we send to your office when hands-on help is necessary. When more complex tickets arise, our escalation team brings added assistance.

For more specialized services and projects, we bring in our dedicated technical teams. These include:

  1. The Project Team: a team of senior engineers, each with 10+ years of IT experience, who execute new installations and major business changes, including office moves and software migrations.
  2. The Engineering Team: a team of IT experts who spend 100% of their time focusing on security incidents, proactive system monitoring, backup services, and IT standards. They’re committed to finding new ways to make tech support for small business work better and faster.
  3. The Solutions Team: a team with more than 30 cumulative years of experience in helping plan for major business changes and upgrades. This team handles new product requests, technical scoping, and planning for things like Wi-Fi deployment and office moves.

At every step, we exist to deliver a consistent, easy, IT experience, so you can focus on the business at hand.

Our IT support service takes three forms.

Remote Support

We’re always available to help.

We offer unlimited remote support to every client. Every monitored device includes a quick and easy support portal that empowers every employee to place a direct request for help. On average, those support tickets reach a Dynamic Computing technician in less than 15 minutes of submission. Then we get to work on resolving the issue.

High priority issues and those that involve downtime get addressed within minutes and immediately escalated to the highest level required to resolve the issue in a time-sensitive manner. No more waiting days to talk to the person you really need to resolve your issue.

COVID-19 impact: In light of COVID-19 and the shifting nature of work locations, we also make every effort to address issues related to your team’s home environments. Our goal is to enable you to adapt quickly so you never miss a beat.

On-Site Support

As a client, you also receive on-site support.

Our goal is always consistency, clarity, and reliability in your IT experience, so the same team that handles your remote support needs also takes care of on-site IT support service. That means that whether in person or remote, our techs understand your office setup, know your environment, and can troubleshoot accordingly.

If we identify an issue that’s best resolved on-site, we’ll roll out a truck as soon as the team is available, and if you’re outside our service area, we partner up with other local organizations to provide on-site support on an as-needed basis.

End of the day, we’ll never leave you stranded.

COVID-19 impact: We continue to offer on-site support service with added precautions, including KN95 masks, social distancing, temperature checks, and symptom surveys.

Advanced Presence On-Site Support

For clients who want a recurring IT presence at their office location, we offer Advanced Presence as a higher tier of on-site support. This includes a pre-scheduled block of on-site hours one or more times per month, tailored to your unique business needs.

Clients looking for white glove, VIP level support for their top-level team members find Advanced Presence especially valuable.

Make IT Happen

Technology is a strategic tool with the power to boost productivity, profitability, and projected success. Keeping that tool sharp and operating at maximum capacity requires a team of IT experts with the skills, resources, and expertise to stay on top of things.

A top-tier IT support team can help make that happen. They’ll operate as your full-scale outsourced IT department, so you can focus on the work you love, knowing that support is just an easy call away.
